Made in Japan by Japanese Honda OEM oil filter manufacture Tennex . This is the latest 65mm filter that supersedes the previous 80mm version (Japan 15400-PR3-408, -004, and -014; or USA 15400-PT7-005 and 15400-P0H-305) as well as all of the previous 65mm PLC's and RTA's.  It is the Japanese version of the current USA 15400-PLM-A01 and 15400-PLM-A02 filters.  Will fit all Honda and Acura vehicles marketed in the North America except for the NSX, 1st-gen Insight, S2000, and pre-1996 Legend. This is the same filter that is factory-fitted on most Japanese-made Honda or Acura vehicles that are built in Sayama (TSX, RL, etc) and Suzuka (Fit, CR-Z, etc) plants. Designed and engineered exclusively for Honda engine's characters. Filter is brand new individually-wrapped and factory-sealed.
